About the role

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge in finance who feels confident in their professional role. As a finance assistant with us, you will work broadly with tasks such as:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration
• Invoice management, coding, and matching against all orders
• Reconciliations and payroll administration
• Handling of expenses and other company costs
• Communication with both internal teams and external parties such as ordering centers

You will become a key person in a team of 8–10 people and will have a central role in the daily work. We are in an expansion phase, which makes your independence, initiative, and willingness to collaborate especially valuable.

Who are you?

We believe you are a meticulous and structured person who thrives in a consultative role and is motivated to work both independently and in a group. You are communicative, unpretentious, and have a genuine interest in finance and business processes. If you also have good system skills and an analytical mindset, we see that as an advantage.
